A Message for Ms. Neha Vish

Neha, I seem to have come down with your flu. Sneezy, coughy, achy, etc.

Never mind that everyone else in my cube farm has it too, and that we sound a bit like a communal symphony of nose-blowers.

I'm most certain I caught it from you.

As (here comes the punchline) computers do transmit viruses, after all.

Cue rimshot. ^__^

(Editor's Note: If you are one of the people who reads this blog and then calls my cell phone to chat about my posts, please DON'T. By the time you read this, I will be asleep and I don't want to be woken up. Thanks.)

  1. I have had at least three different blog readers/ friends tell me the same thing.

And how many times do we have to tell you to get an anti-virus! (Muahahaha!)

  2. Poor Blue...

Hot rasam...and if you're feeling disinclined to cook, see if one of your Indian groceries carries any ready-mix variety of Rasam (Gits is one brand, Amma's is another) - they are definitely not the real thing, but will work in times of illness. (or after 4 straight days of pizza and lettuce in Vermont where Vegetarian food seems to be unknown!)

  3. I'll do you both one better.

    Wasabi.

I put the stuff in my mouth and immediately started screaming bloody murder, but... it cleared things up pretty quickly.

Plus it came with some nice sushi!
