It is upma or a plate of upma, not "a" upma> :)
wow.. that looks real good.. and must taste good as well... i can see that this one is made of saboodana.. and not what i normally use for preparing upma - sooji... i like mine with coconut chatni mixed in yoghurt.. you might not like the idea but try it and its a good combo...
